Part of the M&S brief states that I should look at their plan A policy to find out more about what they represent, and to try and get this through in my work.
I've been on their plan A website and there is a lot of information about their policies. There are ways for the customers to get involved and help out as well. Here are some examples:
There is also a guide to recycling symbols, so I can put these on my products.
I want to consider how my product will be promoted so will mock it up on the website.
