I am working this idea of placing images in a different way in to another website design example:

Inspired by this:
Quite a different approach from the other designs, as I have edited the images. This is because I don't want to go too simplistic, and I want this website to be unique and remembered. I also want it to represent the vintage theme I am trying to get across.

After showing this design to Chloe, she commented that maybe everything shouldn't begin with a lower case letter as it does, and so I have changed this, and think it looks much more professional now:
