Top Ten Things... Final Intro

Final Intro

This is my final 60 second sequence. I can't believe its actually done! I have spent so much time in after effects the past couple of weeks, but now I have an outcome I am happy with.

As my file size was so large, I was having trouble uploading this video with vimeo, so I have had to upload a low quality version. My high quality file is on my DVD which I handed in.

Dummy Handover

We did a dummy handover, to test that our discs actually worked. Then we looked at each others videos, and gave feedback. We had to mark the work and give it a grade, in the way that it really does get graded. This was a really difficult thing to do as it was hard to comment in a different style than to what I would in a crit. Also the internet was down at college so we couldn't look at each others blogs.

Here is the feedback I received:

- Silent movie - each represent word
- Many different techniques applied - good range
- Considered/informed/appropriate/relevant
- More experimentation with movement necessary
- Aesthetic suites subject matter
- Depth
[33/40]

- Ckear, evidenced research and very highly visually communicative series of work - very effective and engaging
- The assets and style of design work featured (particularly the hand rendered lettering and cupcakes) are perfectly suited to the inspired era - wonderfully feminine, bright and suited to your target market - assets are briallianty times to the audio
- Suggestion - perhaps have 'Claudia Griffin' and programme on screen at the same time for stronger consistency
